INSEAD is one of the world’s largest and leading graduate Business Schools with several campuses across the world (France, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, USA). They launched a P2P project to set up a worldwide procurement process and improve their on-premise invoicing solution, comprising about 40k annual invoices.
Their main challenges:
- Different existing finance processes in each country
- Lack of spend visibility and control
- Need of a procurement process and best practices
- Manual process of electronic invoices (print and scan)
During this webinar, Anne-Gaëlle Gonet, Global Procurement Director at INSEAD speaks about their experience of partnering with Fluxym to implement Basware, their preferred solution. She explains how they are using the solution now and talk about their future projects.
