PROJECT MANAGER, SOURCE TO PAY AND ERP INTEGRATION

ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for the integration of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) solutions across a variety of industries and clients. As such, the Project Manager is required to:
• Evaluate, plan, organize, manage and control all activities in their assigned project(s) in collaboration with
the integration team (functional and technical consultants) and client project team;
• Identify risks and develop the appropriate approach to minimize their impact;
• Organize and lead project meetings;
• Create winning conditions for our client and our integration teams to meet their project objectives;
• Evaluate team resources, coach on skills development and provide constructive feedback;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the delivery methodology of our services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Detail-oriented to carry out the required project-related administrative responsibilities;
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes across a variety of industries and clients
• Strong leadership skills to lead and build performing project teams
• Strong business acumen and diplomacy to manage effective stakeholder communications with
consideration is given to internal and client success based strategies
• Ability to balance a result-oriented approach with the mindfulness associated with soft-skills

PROFILE

• University degree or other degree equivalency or experience equivalency
• Minimum five (5) years experience as a Project Manager;
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Excellent English skills with preference given to multi-lingual candidates (such as French and Spanish)
