Philippe de la Villardière – CEO

Philippe has spent his whole career in the Digital industry. Passionate about automation, he founded Fluxym in 2002 to help companies optimize the management of their spend. Starting with Travel & Expense, Philippe has quickly jumped into the world of Source-to-Pay, beginning with the Invoice Automation component to finally cover the full supply chain process.
Philippe is now focused on positioning Fluxym as the world leader in Source-to-Pay with international growth in mind.

Yann Maréchal – Travel & Expense Director

Passionate about new technologies, Yann has more than 20 years of experience in software implementation. Joining Fluxym at creation, he brought his solid knowledge of the Travel & Expense industry and subsequently initiated the source-to-pay activities of Fluxym.
Yann has managed 100+ integrations of travel & expense, purchase-to-pay, source-to contract and source-to-pay solutions, both on technical and functional aspects

Vincent Lounaouci – Consulting Director

Vincent is a confirmed expert and an innovative leader in procurement and financial systems for over 15 years. As Director of production for Fluxym France, Vincent has managed more than 80 projects (P2P, S2C and S2P), some with a high level of complexity.
He plays a key role in transformation projects by translating the strategic vision of our customers into solutions, through the alignment of technology with processes.

Ralph Robail – Sales Director

Ralph leads the business development of Fluxym in France and defines the growth strategy. With 20 years of experience in the sale of financial systems and digitization, he perfectly masters the stakes of T&E and Source-to-pay, and guides our customers in their choice of a solution maximizing the ROI.

Tuan Ngoc Nguyen – Support Director

Tuan has a professional career of thirty years in IT, cybersecurity and consulting services in automation of financial processes.
Through this experience, Tuan has become a seasoned Manager, both an interlocutor at the top management level and a leader in the field.
As the Director of support services for Fluxym France, Tuan is a customer centric problem solver.

Thierry Jaffry – VP USA / Canada

Thierry manages Fluxym North America, relying on 18 years of experience in IT, and specifically in the world of S2P. Through detailed knowledge of market solutions and best practices, he supports Fluxym’s customers in their transformation to ensure that their strategic objectives are achieved.
Thierry was named Pro-to-know 2018 by the American magazine supply & demand chain Executive.
Finally, Thierry is also in charge of Marketing at group level as well as strategic partnerships.

Sandrine Potel – CFO

Sandrine is responsible for the Fluxym Group’s financial strategy and human resources. Within finance, she is in charge of accounting, treasury, investment and controlling activities. Sandrine uses 20 years of experience for the benefit of implementation and optimization of financial tools to support the company’s aggressive growth.

Cyrille Chastaing – VP France

Cyrille is Fluxym general manager in Europe and also oversees group operations. After 20 years spent with major international IT groups, Cyrille brings to Fluxym new ambitions and industrialization of production KPIs, while maintaining the flexibility of the company. His experience in managing large teams and major programs allows Fluxym to build sustainable growth.

Michaël Rouviere – VP Asia-Pacific

Michael manages Fluxym Asia-Pacific and provides its customers with expertise in the management of complex business transformation projects, with more than 15 years spent in IT projects and a role of COO for a global insurer.
Based in Singapore, Michael develops the footprint of The Source-to-Pay Experts in Asia, through methodologies, solutions and know-how to support the digitization of the procurement and finance organizations.

Jean-Charles Camy – Head of legal department

Jean-Charles has been involved for nearly 20 years as a legal expert in the fields of business law, intellectual property and information technology.
His skills are recognized in the negotiation, contracting and management of major IT projects, as well as digital regulation. He has also developed special skills and expertise in public procurement, intellectual property rights and personal data management.
