Fluxym Group, a specialist in the digitization of procurement and finance processes, marks a new milestone: revenue for its fiscal year beginning in early October 2025 is projected to exceed €27 million, representing 20% growth all Group entities. This performance is accompanied by the launch of a new Order-to-Cash practice and the planned addition of 40 hires by year-end 2026.
Sustained growth across three continents
This growth momentum reflects the onboarding of 37 new clients who have entrusted Fluxym with their procurement and finance digitization initiatives over the past several months. With a client retention rate exceeding 95%, the Group’s existing client base continues to provide a strong and stable foundation.
Growth is distributed across the three regions where the Group operates (France, North America, and Asia-Pacific), reflecting the sustained demand from organizations seeking to digitize their Source-to-Pay processes and comply with the accelerating rollout of e-invoicing regulations.
Fluxym extends its expertise to the Order to Cash cycle
After more than two decades of specialization in Travel & Expense and Source-to-Pay, Fluxym is taking a significant step forward by adding Order-to-Cash to its solution portfolio. This domain covers the full customer revenue cycle, from order management through cash collection, and directly addresses the current priorities of the CFOs: credit risk reduction, cash flow protection, and working capital optimization.

40 new hires planned by year-end 2026
Fluxym Group’s growth is also translating into a meaningful expansion of its teams. Since the start of the fiscal year, 47 new employees have joined the Group’s offices in Paris, Lyon, Montreal, and Singapore, primarily in consulting and project management roles and plans to add 40 new employees by year-end 2026.
These hires are part of a five-year growth plan through which Fluxym aims to reach a headcount of 230 employees and double its revenue to more than €50 million. To achieve this ambition, the Group draws on the expertise of its teams, strong partnerships with leading software vendors, a loyal and growing client base, and an established presence across three continents.
Agentic AI: Driving value for clients and teams
Artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping how finance and procurement functions operate. To support clients through this transition, Fluxym deploys the agentic AI capabilities offered by its software partners, enabling automated invoice processing, spend categorization, and fraud detection, among other applications.
