Fluxym, a Source-to-Pay expert, announces that Fondation Apprentis d’Auteuil has selected Esker to standardize its procurement processes and ensure compliance with France’s 2026 e-invoicing mandate.
A leading organization in the social sector supporting vulnerable youth in France and internationally, serving 40,000 young people and 9,000 families, Fondation Apprentis d’Auteuil has launched a major initiative to modernize its procurement operating model. This transformation reflects the foundation’s commitment to standardizing its procurement and invoicing processes by deploying a unified solution across all 430 of its facilities.
A comprehensive transformation combining efficiency and compliance
The project is built around three strategic objectives: digitalize end-to-end procurement processes, standardize processes across the foundation’s entities, and ensure compliance with France’s e-invoicing mandate, which takes effect September 1, 2026.
“The many business contributors who participated in the solution selection were impressed by Esker’s user experience and differentiating features, such as the ability to create purchase orders directly from PDF quotes,” says Bruno Babinet, Director of Procurement and Ecological Transition at Apprentis d’Auteuil. “Esker’s registration as a certified platform guarantees our compliance for both inbound and outbound invoice flows,” adds Axel Jacquet, Director of Information Systems and Digital.

Immediate operational benefits
This transformation is part of a continuous improvement initiative that will enable Apprentis d’Auteuil to significantly reduce low-value administrative tasks, accelerate processing cycles, and improve spending visibility and cost control. Automated invoice-to-purchase-order matching and digitalized workflows will directly contribute to improved supplier payment timelines.
The project will enable Apprentis d’Auteuil to optimize its processes while meeting its regulatory obligations. The Esker platform, registered as a certified platform, will allow the foundation to exchange electronic invoices in compliance with French regulations, while providing the archiving and e-reporting services required by French tax authorities.
Implementation of the various Esker solutions (Accounts Payable Automation, Invoice Delivery, Procurement, and Supplier Management) will be staged, beginning with process formalization and data repository preparation. Rollout across all facilities will be supported by a training and change management plan tailored to the diverse user profiles.
