Fluxym is expanding into the UK and plans to be the leader in Source-to-Pay services by 2030

, by Fluxym

Paris, France – March 31st 2023 – Since its creation in 2002, Fluxym, a French integrator of solutions for the digital transformation of purchasing and finance processes, has supported more than 360 major and mid-market companies, and has completed some 520 projects.

Having quadrupled its revenues since 2017 to reach €20M turnover in 2022, Fluxym plans to become the leading Source-to-Pay services provider by 2030 and is continuing its international development by opening an office in the United Kingdom and appointing Gérard Dahan as Senior Advisor.

Fluxym is at the heart of the digitalization of purchasing and financial processes

In 20 years, propelled by its founder Philippe de La Villardière, Fluxym has grown its expertise towards a complete offer of solutions and advice for purchasing and finance process digitalization.

The company, which started on the professional expense and travel account management market, rapidly diversified into supplier invoice automation. It then expanded its focus to cover all purchasing processes with solutions for optimizing sourcing, supplier listing and e-procurement operations.

Today, Fluxym is a reseller and integrator of the finest market solutions: Basware, Cegid (Notilus), Ivalua, Corcentric, and more recently GEP.

For the past three years, this comprehensive expertise has been completed with the Fluxym Advisory center, which has been very popular with companies. Its support covers the upstream framing of integration, implementation through project management, and support for employees as their processes change.

“Fluxym’s expertise – championed by more than 360 customers with a loyalty rate of 98% – is a source of pride that encourages us to push even further,” says Philippe de La Villardière, Owner of Fluxym.

Driven by our daily goal of performance and efficiency in process digitalization, we are now working towards our ambition to be the leader in Source-to-Pay by 2030 by expanding our international presence into the United Kingdom.”

New office in the UK

Fluxym, which is already present in France, North America and Singapore, and has employees from 14 countries, is setting out to conquer the UK market with the opening of an office in London.

Its goal is to support UK and international companies in the digitalization of their processes for managing suppliers and controlling expenses.

Its expertise as reseller and integrator of a wide range of recognized Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay solutions will meet the expectations of UK companies and its publisher partners.

The United Kingdom is not unknown territory for us since we have already carried out numerous deployments there for our international customers. It represents a market with high potential for Fluxym, especially in terms of supplier invoicing process automation. With the opening of this new office, we are confirming our ambition to strengthen Fluxym’s presence on three continents, close to our customers,” says Cyrille Chastaing, CEO of Fluxym.

Expansion accompanied by the appointment of Gérard Dahan as Senior Advisor

To enable the success of its expansion projects, including its deployment to the United Kingdom, Fluxym is appointing Gérard Dahan as Senior Advisor. He will provide his expertise in growth plan management internationally, with an initial focus on North America and the United Kingdom.

Gérard Dahan, who brings 30 years of experience, has built his career in the Source-to-Pay field in France and internationally. He has held various management roles with publishers including Ariba (Corporate Marketing Director Europe), BravoSolution, Corcentric (Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President for the Europe-Middle East-Africa zone) and Ivalua (EMEA Director).

I am delighted and honoured to join Phillipe de La Villardière and Cyrille Chastaing and their talented and enthusiastic team, which is ready to take on the challenge of an ambitious international growth plan,” says Gérard Dahan.

News – “After the marathon, the dematerialization sprint”

Today more than ever, Fluxym is supporting French companies faced with the September 1, 2026 deadline. From this date, all companies must be capable of receiving e-invoices. The requirement to issue e-invoices will be implemented gradually through 2027.

Faced with this countdown, while companies are now aware of and informed about the issues, they still need to start the process of selecting and deploying a PDP (Registered Private Platform) as full suite or best of breed.

To help them do that, Fluxym is releasing a white paper dedicated to the French 2026-2027 mandate and sharing feedback from the companies which have chosen it to achieve this transformation.
